Before you begin using the American Job Service (the “Service”),
Please read this document carefully.
By using the Service using your personal Account on the Site, as well as by clicking the button on the Site confirming your agreement with these Rules, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and undertake to comply with them. If you do not accept the terms of the Rules, please stop using the Service.
The american-job Service is a catalog of public channels of various topics as a tool for finding advertising platforms in the Telegram messenger ecosystem. This platform unites administrators of popular channels and advertisers wishing to promote their product, channel, brand or service.

1. Definition of a concept
1.1 In these Rules the terms and definitions are used in this meaning:
1.1.1 Project - an advertising post designed in an appropriate form, containing an image, a link to a product, service and advertising text.
1.1.2 Advertiser - a user of the Service who creates advertising projects, checks and pays for their fulfillment.
1.1.3 Representative - a user of the Service, owner or administrator of a public or private channel in Telegram messenger.

2. Creating an advertising project
2.1 Advertising Project can be created by any user who has registered in the service or by contacting our managers, either as an Advertiser or a Representative.
2.2 The project consists of:
- a list of public channels (in which the project is planned to be placed);
- a link to the project;
- text of the advertising record;
- image;
2.3 The manager considers an application for advertising Project placement during working hours from 10:00 to 20:00.
2.4 The project is published in the feed of public posts by the channel for 24 hours with holding 1 hour in the top (without updates with new posts).
2.5 The project is paid after agreement of the advertising post, advertising platform and date of placement.
2.6 The representative has the right to cancel the application for the Project only for the following reasons:
- Non-compliance of the advertising post with the restrictions specified by the Representative when connecting to the Service.
- If the advertising space is occupied over the Representative's advertising space (provided that the space is marked in the sales schedule).
2.7 The Advertiser has the right to cancel the payment within 24 hours after the Project has been posted, in case the following violations have been committed:
2.7.1 The Project was not published in the selected channel or chat (group);
2.7.2 The Project was published without an image;
2.7.3 The link to the project is modified or does not correspond to the declared one;
2.7.4 The text of the advertising record has been modified without prior approval or does not correspond to the declared text;
2.7.5 The project was published without taking into account the Advertiser's wishes (date, time, post format, etc.);
2.7.6 The channel in which the Project was ordered is blocked or inactive.
2.7.7 The Project has been in the feed of the selected channel for less than 24 hours;
2.7.8 The Project was less than 1 hour at the top of the selected channel's post feed;
2.7.9 The channel audience and its behavior is suspicious (subscribers, views and other unnatural activity).
2.8 All other reasons for canceling payment by the Advertiser may be considered by the administrators of the Service. The final decision on such complaints is at the discretion of the administrator of the Service.
2.9 The site administration has the right to cancel the advertising placement if it is fraudulent in nature (SCAM). The advertiser's funds are frozen to compensate the victims.

3. Adding a channel
3.1 Applications for adding a public or private channel can be submitted by any user, both Advertiser and Representative.


3.2 Both public and private channels are added to the Service catalog. Channels with a block on IOS devices are also accepted for consideration.
3.3 Application for adding a channel is subject to mandatory moderation.
3.4 When creating a request to add a channel, the Representative should write t.me/American Jobme and specify the mandatory information:
- Link to the channel;
- Name of the channel;
- Topic of the channel;
- Description of the channel, audience, reach.


3.5 The channel cannot be added to the catalog if the following violations are revealed during moderation::
3.5.1 The channel is blocked or inactive;
3.5.2 The application contains an incorrect link to the channel;
3.5.3 The representative is not the admin or owner of the claimed channel;
3.5.4 The channel is not intended to accept and place advertising Projects;
3.5.5 The channel does not publish public posts for a long time;
3.5.7 The channel's audience and its behavior is suspicious (scoring subscribers, views and other unnatural activity).
3.6 An already added channel can be excluded from the catalog after connection if the mentioned violations (item 3.5) are detected again
3.7 It is forbidden to specify contacts for direct communication with the advertiser.
3.8 If the channel is suspected of using unfair methods of subscriber recruitment (not organic growth), the administrator's account is subject to complete blocking. All funds remaining on the balance of such an account are written off in favor of the advertiser and cannot be withdrawn.

4. Publication of the Project
4.1 The decision to publish an advertising Project is made by the Channel Representative's Restrictions Manager.
4.2 The Representative has the right to accept the Project or reject the application (see paragraph 2.6.).
4.3 Upon acceptance of the Project, the Representative undertakes to provide the advertising post with 1 hour at the top of the channel and 24 hours in the feed, or other conditions that he/she specified when connecting the channel.
4.4 After publication of the advertising post, the funds for advertising placement are transferred to “Hold” on the Representative's account. The money will be transferred from the Hold to the balance after compliance with the condition of advertising placement 1 hour of top and 24 hours in the feed, or other conditions that he specified when connecting the channel.
4.5 In case of non-compliance with the conditions and wishes for placement, the Advertiser has the right to cancel the payment for the project during verification (see paragraph 2.7) by filing a complaint to the Service administrators.

5. Payment and Withdrawal of Funds from the Balance.
5.1 Deposit and withdrawal of funds from the balance can be carried out by both the Advertiser and the Representative.
5.1.1 Advertiser can order withdrawal of funds with withholding of 20% commission from the amount of withdrawal by our project!
5.1.2 The minimum amount for withdrawal is 500 UAH.
5.2 Available withdrawal methods Payments are made through our site, in your account will be a tab “Payments”. Please do not request a payout more often than once every 7 days!
5.2.1 American Job service withholds 15% payment from representatives for the provided services (the commission of payment systems is not regulated by us).
5.3 A withdrawal request is processed within 24 hours, but in some cases from 1 to 3 working banking days.
5.4 Payment by Advertisers is made only to the accounts provided to them by their managers or on the american-job website.


6. Responsibility of the Administration
6.1 The Service, its software and all content contained in the Service are provided on the principle of “as it is” and “as available”. The Administration does not provide any express or implied warranties, in particular regarding the suitability or usability of the Service or any content accessed through the Service.
6.2 The Administration makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Service. However, the Administration is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical failures resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the Administration.
6.3 Administration takes measures to prevent the emergence of “tipped” channels, as well as invalid or illegal offers, but does not guarantee the maximum effectiveness of such measures.
6.4 The User of the Service (Customer and Owner) independently bears all the risks, and the Service is not responsible for the methods of receiving remuneration chosen by the User. The User (Owner) of the Service chooses which advertising records to place and is responsible for them.
6.5 The User (Customer and Owner) accepts and agrees that he uses the Service for his own commercial purposes.

7. Final provisions
7.1 The Administration reserves the right to make changes, add and delete provisions of the Rules from time to time.
7.2 The new edition of the Rules comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site or in the Appendix, unless otherwise specified in the new edition of the Rules.
7.3 The Representative may terminate the Rules at any time by terminating the use of the Service and notifying the Administration.
7.4 The Administration may terminate the Rules at any time by giving prior notice to the Advertiser or Representative by sending a message to the telegram account specified at registration. Termination of the general Rules of the Service also means termination of these Rules.
7.5 The Parties have agreed that all in the aggregate and any separate materials, information and data relating to the execution of the advertising application, the Customer, the Customer's Clients, except for graphic, text and other materials agreed by the Customer's Clients to be placed within the framework of the implementation of the relevant Advertising campaigns, are confidential and may not be transferred to third parties without the prior written consent of the other Party
